VHS Look — FAQ

1. HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?

Simply choose your style on the product page then click the "Add To Cart" button and follow the simple steps to complete your order. We'll prepare your order and let you know when it's on its way!

2. WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?

All VHS Look pieces are designed and made in Vietnam. We ship directly from our studio, which is why delivery takes a little longer than shopping local — but we think it's worth the wait.

3. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?

Orders typically ship within 8 to 16 business days. For international orders, transit will take an additional 1 to 2 weeks.

4. MY TRACKING NUMBER ISN'T WORKING

Tracking numbers can take 1-2 days to appear in the shipping carrier's system. Occasionally, the shipping carrier can lose an order. If the tracking number is still not working within a few days, please contact the shipping carrier.

5. I NEED HELP WITH A LATE ORDER

If your order has not arrived after 16 business days (domestic) and 20 business days (international), please contact our team — we're happy to assist.

6. WILL I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS OR IMPORT FEES?

No. All applicable customs and import duties are already included in the price you see at checkout. There are no extra fees or surprise charges when your order arrives — the price you pay is the price you pay.

7. HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE TO ORDER?

Check our Size Guide on each product page for exact measurements in cm and inches. If you're between two sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable, relaxed fit.

8. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

All sales are final — we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing, or personal preference. Please check our Size Guide carefully before ordering. If you receive the wrong item or a piece with a manufacturing defect, we'll gladly exchange it for you at no cost — just reach out to our team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll cover return shipping and send out the correct item.

9. WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay, Shop Pay, Google Pay, and Apple Pay (on supported devices).

10. WHEN WILL MY CARD BE CHARGED?

Just after your order has been successfully placed.
